Maintenance Sales - FULL TIME

About the Job

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Maintenance Sales professional to join our team at PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, promoting AC maintenance contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You will work closely with the Service Team to identify customer needs, achieve sales targets, and ensure contract renewals while supporting the growth of our maintenance service business.

Responsibilities
• Identify new business opportunities for AC maintenance services.
• Promote and sell preventive maintenance contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Visit customers to identify maintenance needs and service opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and negotiate prices.
• Coordinate with the Service Team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve sales targets and manage contract renewals.
• Monitor contract expiration dates and follow up on renewals.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field, preferably Engineering or Business.
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC, AC maintenance, or technical services.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Able to identify business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to visit customers and travel as required.
• Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
