Maintenance Sales - FULL TIME

About the Job
Responsible for managing and executing sales activities in line with company objectives, achieving assigned sales targets, promoting company products and services to customers, handling inquiries and sales-related activities including maintenance contracts, ensuring quotations meet customer requirements, preparing periodic sales reports, and coordinating with the Head of Service to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Service Sales, or Maintenance Sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in HVAC or air conditioning industry is an advantage.
Requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Promote and sell maintenance service contracts and service solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
