1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, developers, contractors, and project owners, while acting as the main point of contact for HVAC technical specifications.
2. Drive product inclusion in project specifications through consultants by providing solution-based recommendations aligned with project requirements, focusing on value rather than direct selling.
3. Deliver technical presentations to consultants and clients, and propose HVAC system designs that meet project needs and applicable standards.
4. Identify potential projects from the early design phase and monitor their progress through tender and execution stages.
5. Collaborate closely with the sales team to follow up on projects and provide technical insights during tender processes and negotiations.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
2. Minimum 1–5 years of experience in HVAC, MEP, engineering, or project/specification sales (fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage consultants and clients effectively
4. Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
5. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to provide solution-based recommendations
6. Willing to travel and conduct regular client visits
7. Placement in Yogyakarta and willing to cover surrounding areas
