About the Job
Responsible for the full management of the project sales cycle through comprehensive support for dealers, with the primary objective of achieving the Department's revenue targets.
This role encompasses dealer enablement, new project lead development from consultants/contractors, project specification verification, as well as providing documentation and accurate project status reporting to management.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek out potential customers, establish and maintain good relationship with customer, and understand their respective needs.
- Regularly attend industry events, network and build industry relationships.
- Maintain existing customer relationship and solve customer problem.
- Communicate with customers on project requirement provide professional advice and facilitate project cooperation.
- Follow up project progress, collect customer feedback, summarize project information and report to branch manager.
- Periodically understand the market situation of each competing product, collect and summarize the information.
- As an after sales service assistance for customer projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- At least 1 years of working experience as a sales in HVAC industry or at least 2 years as a sales engineer in other related industry.
- Have a good product knowledge in the commercial air conditioner product.
- Have a wide networking in HVAC, Commercial AC partners, MEP, contractor, sub contractor, dealer, project owner or other related parties.
- Good Communication skill, negotiation skill.
- Competent in presentations and demonstrations to B2B project related parties.
