About the Job
Responsible for the full management of the project sales cycle through comprehensive support for dealers, with the primary objective of achieving the Department's revenue targets.
This role encompasses dealer enablement (product training, pricing, negotiation), new project lead development from consultants/contractors, project specification verification, as well as providing documentation and accurate project status reporting to management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales activity by assisting dealers in product knowledge training, product pricing information and negotiation, stock availability, project's proposal and preparing all related documents and sales materials in order to achieve Department's sales revenue targets
- Contact and visit existing and prospective dealers to discuss and support their needs in marketing and selling Company’s product.
- Approach and follow up new project lead from engineering consultant, contractor, sub-contractor or project owner and cultivating customer relationship across different industries and areas.
- Assist dealer in conducting sales presentation and make initial contact with owner or contractor to ensure the achievement of sales target.
- Assist dealer in negotiation process and terms of sales and service agreements based on Company’s policy.
- Conduct verification on project’s specification based on sales and service agreements from Dealer.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma Degree from Engineering.
- Have a good product knowledge in the commercial air conditioner product.
- Have a wide networking in HVAC, Commercial AC partners, MEP, contractor, sub contractor, dealer, project owner or other related parties.
- Good Communication skill, negotiation skill.
- Competent in presentations and demonstrations to B2B project related parties
