Budget Planning & Compliance - FULL TIME

About the Job
Responsible for supporting the company’s budget cycle preparation, managing and recapping dealer sales achievement data for incentive and reward programs, and conducting price and material cost analysis. The role also involves coordinating with Product Marketing and Graphic Design teams for the preparation, distribution, and maintenance of price lists, managing master data in SAP, and maintaining ISO-related documentation. In addition, responsible for ensuring compliance with Indonesian air conditioner import regulations, preparing reports for government authorities through coordination with related factories, and liaising with testing laboratories, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies to obtain and maintain required product certifications.
Responsibilities
  • Support management for the preparation of budget cycle.
  • Prepare, calculate, and recap data for dealer sales achievement (incentive and reward).
  • Support for analyzing price & cost all material.
  • Coordinate with product marketing & graphic design for editing, printing, allocation, and distribution Price List to dealer.
  • Register to SAP: price, disc, and bill of material master.
  • Documenting file of ISO procedure (quality target achievement report, vendor evaluation, risk analysis, etc.)
  • Understand the regulation mandatory for import AC in Indonesia (SNI/Energy Efficiency (SHE)/Wifi certification, Manual book registration etc.)
  • Support the preparation of reports required for government portals through coordination and data collection from related factory.
  • Coordinate with testing laboratories, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities to obtain and maintain product certifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field with minimum 1 - 2 years experience, or Senior High School/equivalent with minimum 5-6 years experience of budget planning & compliance.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data processing, formulas, and reporting).
  • Good understanding of regulation related to the AC product in Indonesia is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Able to work with data, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
  • Collect, process and report data sales (daily, weekly, monthly, ad-hoc) to management and factory
