1. Identify and develop new project opportunities across commercial and industrial sectors
2. Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and clients
3. Present products and propose solutions based on customer needs and project specifications
4. Prepare and manage proposals, quotations, and tender processes including negotiation
5. Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth project execution
6. Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports (pipeline, progress, forecast)
1. Bachelor degree in engineering, business, or related field
2. Minimum 1–3 years experience in b2b sales or project sales
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
4. Able to understand technical products and provide solution-based selling
5. Target-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team
6. Willing to travel and handle multiple projects simultaneously
