About the Job
A IT SalesForce technical and functional specialist, primarily focused on system configuration, development, integration, as well as data management and security within the Sales Force platform.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, monitor, develop, and analyze the Salesforce system to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and integrations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Design and develop dashboards for real-time business insights and decision-making support.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive reports to support operational and strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Experience as a Salesforce Data Analyst.
  • Strong technical and soft skills related to Salesforce.
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Customer 360.
