Develop and maintain relationships with MEP consultants, engineering consultants, and other key project stakeholders by promoting Daikin HVAC products and solutions to secure product specifications (spec-in) in project designs. Provide technical presentations, product training, seminars, and engineering consultations while recommending HVAC solutions that align with customer and project requirements. Support consultants throughout the design stage by delivering product selection assistance, technical documentation, drawings, and engineering calculations. Monitor project developments, market trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to identify specification opportunities and new business potential. Additionally, prepare consultant visit reports, maintain project pipelines and market intelligence, and support specification, tender, and project activities to strengthen Daikin's market presence and drive sustainable business growth.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HVAC, MEP, technical sales, consulting, or a related industry is preferred.
• Good understanding of HVAC systems, air conditioning products, and basic MEP design principles.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Able to conduct technical presentations and provide technical support to consultants and project stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or HVAC selection software is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and business activities.
• Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A/C) is preferred.
