About the Job
Responsible for the full management of the project sales cycle through comprehensive support for dealers, with the primary objective of achieving the Department's revenue targets.
This role encompasses dealer enablement (product training, pricing, negotiation), new project lead development from consultants/contractors, project specification verification, as well as providing documentation and accurate project status reporting to management.
Responsibilities
- Comply with company policies and regulations, including attendance and punctuality
- Support dealers in managing and developing projects as a key focus area
- Responsible for achieving monthly targets and forecasts
- Provide support to dealers in securing projects, including project surveys, unit selection, meetings, and negotiations
- Build and maintain good relationships and effective communication with dealers
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly activity reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in the Air Conditioning industry is preferred
- Minimum Diploma 3 (D3), preferably in HVAC or a related technical field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
