About the Job
Manage sales activities for Mass Retailer Chain accounts (Sell-in, B2B), ensuring smooth operations from order processing and delivery coordination to accounts receivable collection. Responsible for negotiating, executing, and managing trading terms, agreements, and contracts with retail partners. Support new store openings and coordinate booth layouts and exhibition designs, including budget planning and cost management. Lead budget oversight for retailer support programs, collect and analyze sales data to formulate effective business growth strategies, and contribute to policy planning, sales strategy development, and operational guideline implementation.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales activities for Mass Retailer Chain accounts (Sell-in, B2B).
- Handle order processing, delivery coordination, and accounts receivable collection.
- Negotiate, execute, and oversee trading terms, agreements, and other contractual arrangements with retailers.
- Support Mass Retailer Chain in their new store openings.
- Plan and coordinate booth layouts and exhibition designs, including budgeting and cost adjustments.
- Lead budget management, particularly in planning and executing retailer support budgets.
- Collect, manage, and analyze sales data to develop strategies and action plans for business growth.
- Undertake policy planning and strategic initiatives, including formulation of sales strategies and operational guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree or higher.
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to perform data analysis and create detailed reports or proposals.
- Able to prepare and present proposals in English; proficiency in PowerPoint is a plus.
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, with excellent customer communication and relationship-building skills.
- Possess a valid car and motorcycle driver’s license to facilitate smooth customer visits.
