About the Job
Responsible for the full management of the project sales cycle through comprehensive support for dealers, with the primary objective of achieving the Department's revenue targets.
This role encompasses dealer enablement (product training, pricing, negotiation), new project lead development from consultants/contractors, project specification verification, as well as providing documentation and accurate project status reporting to management.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop project opportunities to drive sales growth for Daikin products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, owners, and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project visits and monitor project progress to ensure business opportunities are captured.
- Prepare and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Deliver product presentations and propose suitable HVAC solutions based on customer and project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain sales activity reports, project pipelines, and market updates on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Having background as a sales in the HVAC or mechanical & electrical industry is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
