About the Job
Responsible for managing Daikin's specialized retail channel (i-SHOP) to ensure optimal performance and alignment with company objectives, encompassing the development and implementation of targeted campaign strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales, timely execution of channel programs, and monitoring and reporting of master data to support data accuracy and informed decision-making; additionally, collaborating with the Marketing Communications team to produce weekly social media content, planning and executing channel events such as promotions, activations, and engagement initiatives, as well as conducting regular market visits to monitor field performance, gather insights, and strengthen relationships with partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage Daikin Specialized Retail Channel (i-SHOP), ensuring optimal performance and alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and implement targeted campaign strategies for the specialized channel to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Execute channel programs and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and effectiveness.
- Monitor, maintain, and report master data for the specialized channel to support data accuracy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to create and publish weekly social media (SNS) content.
- Plan and execute specialized channel events, including promotions, activations, and engagement initiatives.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor field performance, gather insights, and strengthen relationships with partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field. GPA >3.0
- Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply.
- Experience handling retail channels, dealer networks, or distributor management is highly preferred
- Strong Public Speaking Capabilities and Fluent in English is a must.
- Active in organization or community activities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments & Branches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail in data monitoring and analytical reporting accuracy.
