About the Job
The HVAC Technical Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs related to air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The role covers training material development, classroom and practical training delivery, training evaluation, reporting, documentation, and coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective and well-executed training programs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare training materials, modules, and presentation content.
- Conduct internal and external training sessions related to AC and refrigeration systems.
- Deliver technical training through presentations, demonstrations, and practical sessions.
- Evaluate the execution and effectiveness of training programs.
- Create, update, and maintain training materials and documentation.
- Prepare training reports and participant data.
- Submit training results and participant data to the Training Administration team.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and external parties to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
Requirements
- Diploma (D3) degree in Refrigeration Engineering, Air Conditioning Engineering, or related HVAC field.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Solid knowledge of Air Conditioning (AC) systems.
- Good understanding of refrigeration and cooling principles.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in HVAC or air conditioning industry is an advantage.
