Retail Sales - FULL TIME

About the Job
Manage sales activities for Mass Retailer Chain accounts (Sell-in, B2B). Handle order processing, delivery coordination, and accounts receivable collection.
Negotiate, execute, and oversee trading terms, agreements, and other contractual arrangements with retailers.Support Mass Retailer Chain in their new store openings.Plan and coordinate booth layouts and exhibition designs, including budgeting and cost adjustments. Lead budget management, particularly in planning and executing retailer support budgets. Collect, manage, and analyze sales data to develop strategies and action plans for business growth. Undertake policy planning and strategic initiatives, including formulation of sales strategies and operational guidelines.
Responsibilities

- Develop market and strengthen Daikin brand image.

- Inform dealers about campaigns, rewards, stock, and delivery schedules.

- Maintain and grow relationships with electronic dealers.

- Achieve sales targets in assigned areas.

- Identify and develop new dealer opportunities.Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, SPG, and SPM teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

- Diploma degree in any major.

- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

- Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.

- Basic understanding of refrigeration systems or willingness to learn technical details.

- Knowledge of HVAC systems.

- Able to work independently and as a good team player.

- Willing and able to travel locally and outstation.

 

- Able to prepare monthly sales reports.
