About the Job
A Trade Marketing professional collaborates closely with Sales and Branch teams to plan and execute activation programs that are aligned with brand objectives, while managing the full scope of event logistics from initial setup to post-event teardown. This role also involves coordinating with the Communication team to develop impactful event materials — including displays, promotional items, and digital assets — as well as identifying opportunities to expand branch reach and improve satisfaction among dealers and customers. To ensure accountability and continuous improvement, the role requires preparing and presenting comprehensive event performance reports to the Head of Trade Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales & Branch teams to plan and execute activation programs, ensuring alignment with brand goals
- Manage event logistics, including setup (loading in) and teardown (loading out)
- Create and oversee event-related materials, such as displays, promotional flyers, and digital assets in collaboration with the Communication team
- Identify new opportunities to expand branch reach and improve dealer/customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports for the Head of Trade Marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Event Management
- Proven ability to conceptualize and execute successful events, from small-scale meetings to large-scale events
- Strong project management skills
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
