• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Official Partners, Dealers, Contractors, and Consultants
• Identify new business opportunities and expand project sales market coverage
• Handle B2B and B2C HVAC project sales activities
• Prepare sales planning, forecasting, and sales projection reports
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct product presentations and provide technical consultation to customers
• Support promotional and campaign activities to increase sales performance
• Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure achievement of sales targets
• Build networking with related associations and industry communities
• Responsible for achieving area sales targets and business growth in Manado area• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree from any major
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
• Target oriented and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
